Connect the drive to your computer
To connect Toshiba's Canvio Ready Portable External Hard Drive to your computer:
1. Connect the USB cable to the drive and your computer.
2. Turn on your computer.
Note:
• No unique drivers are required for use on Windows
• The drive must be reformatted for use on Mac. Please refer to Mac documentation for formatting instructions.
3. You can now begin transferring data to and from the drive.
