Consumption
Introduction of water
Before filling the system with water, make sure that:
• The ambient air temperature is above 10° C
• The machine is horizontal (using a spirit level as required).
• The water system is connected (no leaks or damaged hydraulic
connections).
• The electrical connections have been made (cables tightened on the
terminal strips and intermediate circuit breaker), correctly insulated and
grounded.
• The installation conditions described above have been respected.
Turn the machine on. To do this, carefully follow the following points in order
every time the machine is started each season:
1. Set the heat pump's electrical protection.
2. Open the by-pass valve and the two shut-off valves (heat pump inlet and
outlet).
3. Start the filtration system pump.
4. Loosen the heat pump's outlet union one-half turn to purge the air, allow it
to drip a few minutes then retighten the union.
5. Start the heat pump by setting the on/off switch to "I" (On).
The machine will start after a time delay of approximately 2 minutes.
6. Set the temperature (see "Settings" chapter).
7. Adjust the water flow rate (see "Water flow rate control" chapter).
After a few minutes (the time it takes to heat the system), you can set the water
flow rate as explained below (see "Water flow rate control" chapter).
In order for the temperature of the pool to rise, the filtration must be left on
permanently in "manual mode", then, once the desired water temperature is
reached, return to the automatic filtration mode.
It is essential that the pool be covered while the water temperature is rising and at
night with an isothermal cover.
