• NEVER leave child unattended. ALWAYS keep child in view while in the high chair.
• Adult assembly required. Take care when unpacking and assembling; contains small parts and sharp edges.
• To prevent a possible choking hazard, remove and discard packing material before using this product.
• Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out:
The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the restraining system, either in the reclining or upright position.
The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair. The high chair should only be used in the upright position by children
capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• ALWAYS secure child in the restraining system.
• DO NOT use high chair if it is broken in any manner or parts are missing.
• NEVER move the high chair while it is occupied.
• NEVER adjust the seat back while baby is in the high chair.
• Care must be taken when folding or unfolding the high chair to prevent finger injury in hinge areas.
• Care must be taken when transporting the high chair to avoid injury due to unexpected unfolding.
• DO NOT allow child to climb in or out of high chair unassisted.
• DO NOT use on an uneven surface.

• The reclining infant seat is ONLY for use with children 0 - 6 months old.
• DO NOT use tray when seat is reclined.
- High Chair
• The high chair is ONLY for use with children who can hold their head upright (4-5 months up to 3 years old or 40 lbs (18kg)).
• DO NOT use high chair with children who weigh more than 40 lbs (18 kg).
- Big Kid Booster
• The Big Kid Booster is ONLY for use with children from 3-5 years and up to 55 lbs (25 kg).
• Prevent serious injury or death from sliding out, falls, or tipping over.
• DO NOT use Big Kid Booster with children who weigh more than 55 lbs (25 kg).
• Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor vehicles. This product is NOT a car seat or booster seat and will not
protect your child in a vehicle.
• ALWAYS secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat without help (about 2 1/2 years
old).
• NEVER allow a child to push away from table.
• ALWAYS check security of fit to adult chair before each use and any limitations of the product.
• It is recommended that the booster seat be used in the upright position only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
- Youth Seat
• The Youth Seat is ONLY for use with children over 3 years and up to 70 lbs (31.8 kg).
• DO NOT use youth seat with children who weigh more than 70 lbs (31.8 kg).
• Prevent crushed or amputated fingers.
• Make sure latch is secure.
