LEDs
RX: LED flashes to indicate polling data is being received on
the system databus from the ATS control panel. If the LED
does not flash the control panel is not operational or the
databus is faulty (usually cabling).
TX: LED flashes to indicate the DGP is replying to polling from
the ATS control panel. If the RX LED flashes but the TX LED
does not, it indicates that the DGP is not programmed to be
polled in the control panel or that it is addressed incorrectly.

Zone and output numbering
Zone numbering
ATS1210(L)E / ATS1211E has 8 zones that can be expanded
using ATS1202 (8 zones) to a maximum of 16 zones.
Output numbering
A DGP can have a maximum of 16 outputs available as relays
or open collector outputs. The output numbers are the same as
the 16 zone numbers allocated to the DGP address.

Programming the DGP
DGP menu
ATS1210(L)E / ATS1211E provides a menu through which a
number of options can be set. In addition the status of
ATS1210(L)E / ATS1211E itself or inputs can be viewed. See
Figure 5.
Extended mode
To enable anti-mask detection it is necessary to select
Extended mode. Standard mode is needed for backwards
compatibility. Default is Extended mode.
Configuring Advisor Master control panel
Activate polling ATS1210(L)E / ATS1211E.
1.
Enter menu 4 of the control panel installer menu, and add
the address for the device, then press Enter.
Press Enter, select the "DGP address" and press Enter
2.
again to enter the DGP details.
3.
Select the device type 5 (advanced DGP).
4.
Press Enter until you are back to the main menu.
To enter the programming menu for ATS1210(L)E / ATS1211E
from Advisor Master control panel:
1.
Enter menu 28 of the control panel installer menu.
2.
Press 1 Enter followed by the DGP address selected and
Enter to enter the DGP menu. The display now shows
"ATS121x" followed by the version number.
3.
Press Enter to proceed to the menu or press the menu
number followed by Enter to go to a menu item directly.

Configuring Advisor Advanced ATSx500A control panel
1.
Enter Device menu > Edit Rkp&Exp > Exp devices > Add
new.
2.
Enter the expander address (set by DIP switch) and press
Enter.
To enter the programming menu for ATS1210(L)E / ATS1211E
from Advisor Advanced ATSx500A control panel:
1.
Enter Expander devices menu.
2.
Select the appropriate expander by entering its number, or
moving the cursor with arrow keys.
3.
Go to the Expander menu.
