- Pull on the central strap to unroll the cover. Ensure that the cover rools out correctly over the pool.
The cover should be unrolled slowly and carefully. Particular attention should be paid when rolling the bars, if the
cover is allowed to fall sharply against the coping, the fabric could, due to the weight of the cover, suffer permanent
damage at the points where it is caught between the bar and the coping.
- Attach and tension the cable tensioning straps and the bar tensioning straps.
DAILY MANIPULATION OF THE CALYPSO COVER (ROLLING UP - UNROLLING) ENTAILS MULTIPLE REPEATED
CONTACTS BOTH BETWEEN THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OF THE COVER AND WITH THE GROUND. DUST,
DETRITUS, EVEN SAND OR GRAVEL CAN ACCUMULATE ON THE COVER, ADDING TO THE FRICTION. IT IS
THEREFORE NORMAL TO OBSERVE TARNISHING, SCRATCHES AND WEAR ON THOSE SECTIONS OF THE
COVER (FABRIC AND BARS) MOST EXPOSED TO FRICTION. SIMILARLY, TRACES OF PVC MAY APPEAR ON THE
COPING. THESE PHENOMENA SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND ARE NOT
COVERED BY ANY GUARANTEE.

FTER INSTALLATION
Ensure:
- that the straps are correctly tensioned and that the protective sleeves are in position.
- that the cover is correctly centred with respect to the coping.
- that no folds have formed in the cover at the points where it is in contact with the coping, folds
increase the risk of abrasion.
The long central strap used to unroll the cover may be removed (13) and stored if the cover is
to be left on the pool for a long time.
The user is entirely responsible for the correct maintenance of his/her CALYPSO cover.

CLEANING THE COVER:

Cleaning methods:
- High pressure cold water jet: Hold the cleaning nozzle at least 40 cm away from the cover.
- COVERNET detergent (Code 8880505): spread the detergent on the cover and brush lightly with a nonabrasive
soft bristle brush. Allow it to act for 2 minutes and rinse with water.
The CALYPSO cover must be cleaned regularly, at least twice a year. (At the beginning and end of winterizing).
