REMOTE OPERATION

When used in remote operation the unit also works in local mode. Turn DIP switch 4 ON (can receive signals either by
Modbus serial line or through the controls on the inputs).
The module's address (0 to 99; max. 99 modules) can be selected using two rotary switches. On systems with multiple
modules the addresses must be unique. Use a suitable, twisted, shielded connection cable of good quality.
To balance the transmission line and allow communications, use the TLine DIP switch to set a terminal load on the module
farthest from the master.
CONNECTIONS
All the connections are made
using disconnectable terminals,
except for the power supply
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONNECT THE LEDS DIRECTLY TO THE TERMINALS OF THE POWER SUPPLY.
The LEDs can be connected only to their respective terminals, otherwise the outputs remain
unprotected and the unit is exposed to damage
Wiring, terminals and cables
Considering the high currents involved, a few precautions on wiring are in order:
the cables used for the power stage should be no longer than 20 m.
• Power supply to logic circuit: 2-pin terminal block for 1.5 mm
• LED power supply: 6-pin terminal block for 2.5 mm
• Dimmer outputs: two 4-pin terminal blocks for 2.5 mm
• Inputs: 7-pin terminal block for 1.5 mm
• RS485 Modbus communication: 4-pin terminal block for 1 mm
