4. Troubleshooting
No Pictures or Sound
Check if the adaptor is correctly connected to the sender and receiver.
Check if the Power On/Off switch is in the right position on the sender and receiver.
The Power LED will turn on at the sender and receiver.
Check if all cables are correctly connected to the sender and receiver.
Interference in the image and sound
Move the Sender or Receiver slowly to find the best reception position for your
Audio/Video system.
Shorten the distance between the Sender and the Receiver.
Check if there is any interference radio frequency source near that Receiver sources
such as Wireless LAN, Bluetooth products or other wireless devices. If there is any
interference radio frequency source near the Receiver: try to switch the channel to get
a better performance.
Check if the Sender and Receiver are set to the same channel.
Remote Control function does not work
Check the battery of the Remote Control.
Check if the Remote Control is working directly on your source device.
Make sure your Remote Control is able to beam the signals to the receiver.
Make sure the IR extension cable is mounted correctly in front of the IR receiver of your
source device.
