PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A p p l i a n c e t o s t o r e a t n e g a t i v e
temperature, fresh ice creams, sorbets and
foods suitable to be stored at the
temperature granted by this machine.
Storing temperature is regulated by an
electronic programmer.
Technical data is reported on the plate on
the back of the device.
INSTALLATION
• Remove device from packaging. The
packaging materials must be disposed
selectively on the basis of their
composition.
• Place the device on a flat surface, away
from heat and sunlight. Ensure that the
ventilation grills are not obstructed. Leave
a minimum distance of 20 cm from walls or
other surrounding objects.
• Clean the storage unit compartments and
the tubs with lukewarm water and neutral
soap, using a non-abrasive sponge, and
dry with a soft cloth. For a proper
sanitization carefully follow the provisions
of hygiene standards applicable in your
country (HACCP or equivalent).
• Clean the wood case with a soft cloth and
a detergent suitable for cleaning of wooden
surfaces.
USE
• Plug the device into a suitable electrical
socket and turn on the master switch (1).
• The electronic thermoregulator will
display the compartments temperature
and after few seconds will display the
warning message "Hit" to indicate the
temperature too high inside the storage
cells. Press the key (7) on the electronic
programmer to turn it off.
• Compressor cooling system start
working. The light (2) on the left of the
display stays switch on during the whole
period the compressor is working.
• The temperature will decrease
progressively. Once reached the
temperature selected, the compressor
stop and led (2) gets off. Wait for the

The compressor will start running again
when the temperature in the storage unit is
2°C above that set.
SETTING UP THE TEMPERATURE
The temperature is selected by the
manufacture at -13°C.
How to change countertop temperature:
• Press SET button (6) twice.
• Press button (3) to decrease and button
(4) to increase the value. Variations can be
made within the limit of regulation range,
between -8°C and -18°C.
• Press button (6) once and wait for 15
seconds; the new parameter will be stored
in the memory and the electronic
programmer will back to indicate the
freezing cells temperature.
WARNING: this appliance is not suitable
for freezing products but for keeping
them frozen.
ALARM FUNCTION
This appliance has an alarm function.
When switched on, if the cellar is warm, the
countertop will automatically signal that the
temperature is over -7°C. Notice "Hit" will
blink on the display. Once reached
operating temperature press button (7) as
long as the notice "Hit" will disappear from
the display. Notice "Hit" is shown every time
internal temperature of storing cellar
increase over -7°C. Pression of button (7)
will deactivate notice "Hit" on the display,
but not the alarm function (which cannot be
deactivated).
MAINTENANCE
• Always proceed the cleaning operations
after disconnecting the plug from the
electrical socket.
• Clean the wood case with a soft cloth and
a detergent suitable for cleaning of wooden
surfaces.
