• Associating the Up and Down movements with
the respective pushbuttons
On completion of connections, power up the motor and
check whether the Up and Down movements are associat-
ed correctly with the relative control pushbuttons. If this is
not the case, invert the connection between the Brown
and Black wires.

LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
Note – during the installation and adjustment operations,
the motor can be controlled by the "TTU" unit (fig. 5) until
the final electrical connections have been made.
Adjustment of limit switches "0" and "1" (fig. 7) is manual
and enables the user to find the correct positions by means
of the adjustments screws (fig. 8).
The product leaves the factory with the two limit switches
set arbitrarily (a number of motor shaft revolutions to the
right and left). To personalise these positions, proceed as
described below.
• Limit switch "0" adjustment
Caution! – This procedure must only be performed if,
on start-up, the shutter is in the position shown in fig. 9.
01. Activate the motor to move the shutter in the direction
of Position "0" and wait until it stops automatically at
the factory-set travel limit (the shutter may not reach
the required position "0" ).
• During movement: observe in which direction the

shutter roller rotates, and on the tubular motor locate
the adjustment screw marked with the arrow pointing
in the same direction as that of rotation (fig. 8).
Caution! – If the shutter reaches the position "0" and
the motor continues to rotate, stop it immediately
and restart the shutter in the opposite direction for a
brief interval.
Then rotate the adjustment screw (located above)
through a few turns in the direction of the sign "–" and
repeat the manoeuvre command in the direction of
position "0", until the motor stops automatically, short-
ly before position "0".
02. Keep the motor running and at the same time gradu-
ally turn the adjustment screw (located in point 01) a
little at a time in the direction of the sign "+", until the
shutter reaches the required position "0".
• Limit switch "1" adjustment
Caution! – This procedure must only be performed if,
on start-up, the shutter is in the position shown in fig.
10.
To adjust limit switch "1" follow the same procedure as that
described for adjustment of limit switch "0", replacing posi-
tion "0" referred to in the text with position "1".
Emergency manual manoeuvre
(for model One Max H only)
The model One Max H is equipped with a mechanism fit-
ted in the motor head (fig. 4-e) which enables the user to
make an emergency manual manoeuvre by rotating the rod
in one direction or the other. To avoid premature wear of
the mechanism, it should be used exclusively in the event
of an emergency, such as a power failure.
Caution! – During this emergency manoeuvre, the
shutter must NOT exceed the travel limits "0" and "1"
set during product installation.
