Please read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference.
• For use on the Caboose Graphite, Caboose Ultralight Graphite, and Big Caboose Graphite strollers ONLY.
• Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death.
• Never leave child unattended.
• Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out.
• Always use restraint system and ensure that all children are positioned according to these instructions.
• The maximum weight of the child that can be seated in this product is 45 lbs. (20.41 kg).
• Discard all packaging materials properly. Do not allow children to play with them.
• Discontinue use of the product should it malfunction or become damaged.
1 Unpacking the Product
• Remove everything from the box and identify the parts using Figure 1.1. (not to scale)

• Discard all packaging materials properly including plastic coverings.
• DO NOT allow children to play with any packaging materials.

2 Installing the New Crotch Strap
• Remove the rear bench seat pad by pulling the Velcro® strap (found under the seat) apart. See Figure 2.1.
• As you pull the pad off make sure to feed the buckle of the crotch strap through the slot.
• To remove the crotch strap, slide the strap through the small opening in the metal D-ring. See Figure 2.2.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Save the crotch strap just in case you wish to convert back to the bench seat.
• Attach the new crotch strap by wrapping the strap around the slots on the rear bench. Slide the strap through the small opening of the
metal D-Ring and pull the strap to secure it to the tube. See Figure 2.3.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure the release button of the new crotch strap is facing the front of the stroller.
• Reattach the seat pad by feeding the new buckle through the slot and sliding the bench into the pockets found on both sides of the pad.
See Figure 2.4. Then attach the 2 Velcro® straps.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use these same instructions if you need to attach the old crotch strap onto the stroller at a later time.
3a Removing the Rear Bench Seat Waist Strap from Stroller (Caboose Graphite & Caboose
Ultralight Graphite Only)
• On the stroller, unsnap both waist straps from the crotch strap on the rear 3-point harness if needed.
• To remove the waist straps, locate one end of the strap where it attaches to the front seat tube. Slide the strap through the small opening
of the metal D-ring and pull the strap away from the front seat. Repeat for the other strap. See Figure 3a.1.
• Store waist straps in a safe place for future use.
3b Removing the Rear Bench Seat Waist Strap from Stroller (Big Caboose Graphite Only)
• On the stroller, unsnap both waist straps from the crotch strap on the rear 3-point harness. Leave the crotch strap in place to use with the
Caboose Rear Seat.
• To remove the waist straps, locate one end of the strap where it attaches to the frame with a screw. Using a Phillips head screwdriver,
unscrew the screw. Repeat for the other strap. See Figure 3b.1.
• Store screws, washers, and waist straps in a safe place for future use.
4 Attaching the Caboose Rear Seat
• Place the seat fabric in position over the sliding rear bench seat so that the seat is facing toward the front of the stroller.
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the existing fabric pad from the bench seat.
• Push the rear seat crotch buckle up through the slot in the Caboose Rear Seat. See Figure 4.1.
