In order to switch ON the MULTIPICK MHP II, press pushbutton on top side of the
device. As soon as you release the button (08), the MULTIPICK MHP II switches
OFF.
6.3.2 Adjusting the amplitude
With the self-clamping adjustment screw (09) on the top side of the device you
may adjust the amplitude of the needle in a range from 1 - 4 mm:
Turn control-dial (09) to the left:
• Amplitude increases
Turn control-dial (09) to the right:
• Amplitude decreases.

6.4.0 Machine maintenance

Your device was developed and manufactured with high accuracy and therefore
should be handled with care. The following recommendations should help you to
preserve your warranty entitlements.
• Keep the device in dry places. Precipitation, moisture and
any kind of liquids and wetness may contain minerals, which
let the electronic circuit corrode.
• If device gets wet, remove the battery-pack and allow the
device to get completely dry before inserting back the
battery-pack.
• Don't apply or store the device in dusty or dirty areas.
Movable parts and electronic components may be damaged.
6.5.0 Storage and careful handling
• Never expose the MULTIPICK MHP II to extremely high or
low temperatures.
• High temperature fluctuations may lead to condensation
inside the device. This may cause corrosion and damages on
electronics.
• Avoid dropping the device. Impacts, strokes and any
shocks may cause damages on electronics or on
mechanical parts.
• Only apply a clean, dry and soft fabric on MULTIPICK MHP II to
clean
• Application of detergents may cause damages to the
MULTIPICK MHP II's surface.
