Plug the USB-A connector of the USB device(s) you wish to connect
into any of the Hub's available downstream ports.
Follow the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer of
the device.
: When moving a device from one port on the Hub to
Do not remove your media card from the Reader while data is being
read or written to the card. Doing so could corrupt the media card
resulting in a loss of data. The correct way to remove the card
is to double-click on "My Computer", and then right-click on the
drive and select "Eject" from the list. Depending on your operating
system, this feature may not prompt you that the "Eject" was done.
However, after clicking on "Eject", you can remove the card without
corrupting the files on the card.
To safely remove a Reader from your computer, click on the "Unplug
or Eject Hardware" icon found in the right-hand corner of the
Windows task bar. Failure to follow this step could result in the loss
or corruption of data stored on your media card.
