Troubleshooting

SYMPTOM
Battery does not
appear to accept
charge when the
battery pack is
plugged into
charger.
Motor does not
run.
Grease output
bypass from
pressure safety
valve.
Gun does not
delivery grease.

TOUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE
Charger or batter terminals
may be corroded or
remaide dirty.
Battery damaged or
cycle life exhausted.
Damaged charger (it gets
hot make exclusively loud
nois, or smoke during
charge.)
Battery pack is not
charged.
Battery terminals may be
dirty or corroded.
Motor may be bad.
Clogged bearing, block
lubricant line.
Pressure safety valve
may be remained dirty.
Air pocket exists in the
grease container ass'y.
The plunger may be
blinded.
Outlet valve may be
remained dirty.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean the terminals with
a fine emery cloth.
Replace battery pack.
Unplug from power
source immediately.
Replace charger.
Charge battery pack.
Clean the terminals with
a fine emery cloth.
Replace motor.
Repair on clean
before use.
Replace pressure
safety valve.
See procedure Remove
Air Pocket.
Replace grease
container ass'y
Unscrew and clean ball
seat area.
