The pump has no pressure: Check in the following sequence: air inside pump, valves, inlet
connection, gaskets.
Continuous pressure change: Check for air inside pump or circuit being tested. Check for
dirt inside pump and inspect condition of valves, filter and gaskets.
Sudden pressure drops: check for dirt in filter and valves. Then inspect gaskets.
Pump is noisy: check for air suction. Clean valves and filter. Check water temperature.
Water loss: change oil and inspect gaskets and rings for damage.
Machine is connected to power supply and makes standard humming sound, but will not
Switch on: immediately put the switch in the off position and check that the motor is rotating
freely. Check that the voltage supply is correct for the pump (as indicated on the identification
label on the machine). Note that long power leads may cause voltage loss. Check voltage at
power terminal connection.
The motor stops suddenly: temperature safety device has disengaged the switch due to high
temperatures. Check that voltage is correct. If pump shaft is jammed or difficult to turn, wait
ten minutes and then restart pump.
The motor won't start: check electrical connections, plug and switch.

The maker will not take responsibility for damage or malfunction as a result of the Testing Pump
being incorrectly used or, applied for a purpose for which it was not intended.
For ordering spare parts, please refer to the Spare Parts Drawing and note the needed number.
The maker guarantees to the machine owner 12 months against any manifacture defect.
This guaranteee do not cover the parts wich are consumables.
Note: to apply the guarantee its necesary to send the "GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE" duly filled
within one week after purchased the machine to the maker.
