Pressure Cooking Seafood: To achieve the best results when cooking seafood,
please refer to the below tips and hints:
1. Always leave at least 2 inches from the top rim to prevent overflowing.
2. Smaller types of seafood, such as clams and shrimp, do not take long to cook.
Therefore, it's best to add these types of seafood to a dish during the last few
minutes of cooking.

pressure builds, the pressure icon and indicator lights blink. Once pressure
has fully built, the pressure icon and lights turn solid and the unit beeps.
Then, your cooking time begins to count down.
When using the Steamed Rice setting: The temperature icon blinks and
the outer display lines move around the display. There is no preset cooking
time for the Steamed Rice setting as the unit itself detects the water levels in
the unit and beeps once the rice has been steamed correctly. The cooking
time depends on how much rice you are cooking.
NOTE: If you forget to select the desired cooking time or forget to press the
START/STOP button, the unit beeps and the digital display reads --:-- after
30 seconds.
