5.2.1 ...by hand
An empty DT-Mobil
Easy can be loaded
by hand using the
grip hollows on the
side of the tank. When
doing so, observe the
weights of the empty
equipment:
• 125 l = 24-27 kg
• 200 l = 25-28 kg
• 430 l = 45-58 kg
• 460 l = 47-60 kg
• 600 l = 53-66 kg
5.2.2 ... with forklift

Important!
Use the moulded recesses on the
underside for safe lifting with a forklift.
5.2.3 ... with crane
Danger!
A DT-Mobil Easy can cause severe
injuries if it falls.
Before each crane operation, the
screw fastenings of the 4 brackets
must be checked for a correct and secure
connection.
Do not stand under suspended loads during
crane operations.
• fold up the 4 brackets i fixed to the side
of the tank.
• attach 4 load handling devices to them.
• load/unload the DT-Mobil Easy onto/from the
transport vehicle.

Important!
- Each load handling device
(rope, belt, chain) must be of the
same length (minimum length: 1 m).
- For the version with lid, this must be closed
and completely locked with the two locks j.

5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road-traffic (licensing) regulations of the
respective country,
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and lashing
For fastening on the transport vehicle by means
of suitable tension belts, use
• the 4 crane loops i on the 460 l tank and
600 l tank for placing the tensioning belts
