POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Insufficient refrigerant supply in
the evaporator.
- Low air flow in the evaporator.
- Oil in the evaporator.
- Compressor operates with reversed rotation. - Check the suction and discharge
- Partial obstruction of the air flow
in the condenser.
- Position of the condenser unit baffles. - Check and correct.
- Dirty condenser.
- High temperature of the entering
- Excess of refrigerant.
- Presence of non-condensates in the system. - Check and correct.
- Excessive thermal load
(underdimensioned unit).
- Disarmed high pressostat
without apparent cause.
PROCEDURE
- Check for obstructions in the dryer
filter, in the distributor or in the lines.
Replace or correct.
- Check for obstructions in the
expansion valve. Replace if necessary.
- Check the adjustment of the expansion
valve overheating – for 160/180,
accurator – for 57/72/90/120 and
capillary for 36; (4 to 6
C).
O
Adjust if necessary.
- Check excessive load loss in the
refrigerant lines due to distance, unlevel
or diameter of the piping. Correct if
necessary.
- Check the position of the bulb and of
the equalizing tube of the expansion
valve. Correct according to the factory
specifications.
- Look for dirt in the air filters Clean or
replace.- Look for dirt in the coil. Clean
and filter properly.
- Check the records of adjustment of the
ductwork.
- Check the fan rotation. Adjust if necessary.
- Check the motor operation. Replace if necessary.
- Check and drain.
pressures. In case the reversing cycle is
noticed, change the position of the two
cables of the unit power terminal.
- Check the fan rotationspecifications.
- Check the motor operation. Replace if
necessary.- Look for dirt in the coil.
Clean and filter properly.
- Check and correct.
- Check and clean.
- Check short-circuits of the
condensed air condensation air, or
insufficient air intake. Correct.
- Check and remove the excess, setting
the subcooling between 8 and 11
210 condition).
- Check and replace the unit if required.
- Check the activation adjustment.
