Problem Possible cause Solution
No power Check power supply
No function when Operating Switch
(2) is operated
Defective Operating Switch Replace the Operating Switch at an authorised Silverline service centre
Load mass is not centred Lower the load and rearrange the hook attachment
Unstable load lifting
Hoist is offset from load Ensure the load is correctly aligned with the hoist and try lifting again
Slowly unwind the Cable and guide it off the Cable Drum. Retract the Cable back
Cable Drum (6) jammed The Cable (9) has tangled itself on the drum
on to the Cable Drum, ensuring neat winding
