OPERATION
Max. mix:
Water + alginate = 80 g
Water + plaster = 100 g
Mixing alginate:
1. Press down the main power switch on the
reverse side of the machine (Fig. 3). A LED
will light at the left side of the control panel.
2. Press down the power switch located at the
control panel, and make sure that the
indicator of digital display lights on (Fig. 4).
3. Prepare the alginate powder following the
instructions of the manufacturer. Stir the
powder and do not compact.
4. Use the bottel to take the required quantity
of water (10-20º C). Pour in the mixing cup
with the alginate powder (follow
instructions of the manufacturer for the
proportion) (Fig. 5).

! IMPORTANT
The hardending time can be controlled by
water temperatura.

5. The amount of measure cup shall be
calculated as
designated by the suplier of alginate
impresion material, please also note thet
the water amount added will affect the
viscosity al alginate powder
6. Fist mix powder and water with the stirrer
for 2 seconds (Fig. 6). You can also just
shaking the cup some times. If not, you
could obtain a bad result.
Note: before extracting the stirrer, clean it with
the cup edge.
7. Close the mixing bowl cap turning to the
right (Fig. 7).
8. Make sure that the small hole at hte center
of cap is not obstructed. Follow the
instructions and arrows printed on the lid.
Make sure that the unit is ready. Check
also the spatula and impression tray.
9. Place the mixing bowl inside the mixing
wheel (Fig. 9).
