The safety standards listed below must be
observed to prevent injury to operators and
damage to the pit drain:
• This equipment must only be used by
authorized personnel trained in its use.
• Never leave the Drain unattended when
operating or evacuating.
• Never use Drain near open flame or heat
source.
• Never use Drain for handling highly volatile
fuels and fluids.
• Pay attention to other people in the
vicinity of the Drain while it is in operation,
especially children.
• Do not use the Drain in an environment
subject to explosion hazard.
• Do not use the Drain as a means of
transport.
• Do not use acid solution that could damage
the Drain and/or injure persons.
• If the Drain malfunctions, contact the dealer
or send it to the nearest service center.

Description
The model 3662 Rolling Pit Drain is designed
to be used in service pits having 34" to 56"
between the pit walls. Angle iron tracks must
be attached to the sides of the pit walls for the
drain pan to roll on.
The drain pan includes a metal screen to
eliminate oil splash and to catch foreign
objects such as tools and drain plugs. The
screen can be easily removed.
The total capacity of the drain pan is
13 gallons (50 liters); 10 gallons (38 liters) to
the bottom of the screen. It has a male ¾"
NPTF outlet port at each end, and includes a
¾" ball valve, coupler, male camlok connector,
camlok cap and pipe cap. Multiple drains can
be linked in succession using a
¾" x ¾" female NPT pipe nipple.
