This sander was designed to sand wood, metal, plastic
and similar materials. Can be used for repetitive sanding
jobs and finishing. Due to its size, is ideal for final jobs.
Dust Extraction
• Before connecting the tool to the power supply, adjust
the dust bag into the dust extraction duct in the rear or the
sander (D).
• To get an optimal dust extraction, remove and empty the
dust bag when is half-full.
• Use the dust bag when sanding wood. Do no use when
sanding metal. The metal particles could ignite the residual
wood dust or the inner pouch.
• Make sure to regularly clean the dust accumulated in the
dust bag and the Velcro base.

Sander Operation
• Switch on the sander before setting it onto the work
piece.
• Keep the sander base parallel to the work piece surface.
• Press lightly downwards onto the work piece. Make
circular movements. Be sure the full sanding area is
supported on the work piece.
• Ensure the pressure is moderated. Do not force the
sander. Make it work at a reasonable speed. If too much
pressure is applied, the motor speed could be slower due
to overheating. It could cause insufficient sanding and
damage to the motor.
• If after sanding, the surface is still showing marks, sand
again with a coarser grain to eliminate the marks. Replace
the sanding disc with the next one and finish sanding. Or,
replace the worn sanding disc with a new one.
• Do not let the sanding disc be totally worn out. Replace it
before this happens.
