• Model FPSTSM2710 has a plastic bowl.
• Model FPSTSM2711 has a stainless steel bowl
Perfect Cover
• Works as a cover preventing the ingredients from escaping the bowl during preparation.
Feeder cover
• You can add ingredients during preparation.
Speed Control
• Set the mixer at optimal speed for your recipe, start always at a lower speed and then
increase slightly until the desired option.
Attention!
Don't leave the mixer on for more than 5 minutes without interruption.
Articulation Button
• Press the button and lift the top of the mixer until you hear the click and to lower press the
button again and lower the top of the mixer gently until it stops.
