USING YOUR PLANETARY STAND MIXER
First use
• When using the mixer for the first time, clean the
outside with a soft cloth. Wash the beaters and the
bowl with soft sponge and mild detergent. Do not
use abrasive products, such as alcohol, scouring
powder or solvents as they may damage the product
Opening system
• It allows easier handling of the bowl and beaters.
Press the button and lift the top of the mixer until
you hear the click. With the mixer in that position
[Figure 1] it is possible to remove or exchange the
beaters, remove or put the anti-spatter cover, insert
and remove the bowl.
• To close simply press the button and lower the top
of the mixer until it locks.
Beaters
Beater for light dough - suitable for recipes with
softer consistency as whipped egg white, whipped
cream, mousses, sauces, fillings, etc.
Beater to medium doughs - indicated to doughs
with median consistency as cakes, pies, gnocchi,
purees and other fermented masses.
Beater for heavy dough - suitable for recipes with
heavier consistency, like cookies, breads, pizzas
and pastries, etc.
To remove the beaters push and turn clockwise
[Figure 2] and to put in place the beater aligned with
the plug pin, push and rotate counter- clockwise until
it stops [Figure 3] .
