5. If you turn the speed control clockwise and hold it for 3 seconds again, the
time indicator reappears. It displays the current operating time and contin-
ues running.
6. When turning the speed control counter-clockwise and holding it for
3 seconds while the appliance is running (irrespective of the current speed
setting), the time display will be reset to and start from

How to use the stand mixer
