Do not exceed the pressure range of
the valve
Step 13:
 After the leak-proof test unscrew the
test peg (C) from the flange cover
Step 14:

Apply high-pressure lubricant thinly and
uniformly to the external thread of the
set point adjuster (22) on the first 5
thread pitches
Recommendation: Klüberalfa YV 93-

Unscrew the locknut (23)

Screw the set point adjuster into the
spring cover by hand and make finger-
tight
Step 15:
 Setting of working pressure setpoint
according to operating and installation
guide section 7.2
 Leak-tightness test of main seat
 Test of safety function
 Leak-tightness test of transfer seat
 Then screw and lock the locknut (23)
against the spring cover (16)
