rior of the tank.
· Spray arms must be cleaned periodically.
If rinsing is deficient, the cause may be an
obstruction of the jets. In this event, dis-
mount the arms and clean the jets.
· The outside of the machine MUST NOT BE
washed under a direct water jet; instead
you can use a wet cloth and any ordinary
detergent.
· DO NOT USE any abrasive detergent
(etchant, concentrated lye, etc.) nor any
scourer or scraper containing normal
steel that will cause rust to develop on the
machine.
Boiler Draining
1. Drain the wash tank.
2. Close the water inlet.
3. Remove the tube coming from the rin-
sing aid pump from the inlet connector
to the boiler and place a container under
the boiler. Water flows out of the boiler
by gravity.
Setting the temperatures:
You can choose between 3 different tempe-
ratures in the tank (50ºC, 60ºC or 65ºC)
and another three for the boiler (75ºC,
80ºC or 85ºC). It is also possible to discon-
nect the resistors.
The connections of the electronic board
may only be accessed by qualified repair
staff, after cutting the electric current with
the machine's main switch and the circuit
breaker at the exterior power supply socket
of the machine.
Setting the tank temperature:
1. Switch on the machine and wait 3
seconds until the panel goes through
the start process.
2. Press the button (Fig.-C, 2) on the elec-
tronic board. On keypad the "cleaning"
light (Fig.-A f) will come on and one of
the "cycle" LEDs (Fig.-A c, d or e) will
blink, indicating the temperature selec-
ted in the tank.
3. With the "cleaning" light lit (Fig.-A f),
repeatedly press "cycle selection" (Fig.-A
2) to move the blinking between the
"cycle" lights (Fig.-A c, d, e and a), from
"short" to "medium", from "medium" to
"long", from "long" to "machine ready"
and finally back to "short".
"a": Ready machine. Element dis-
connection
"c": Short cycle 50ºC
"d": Medium cycle 60ºC
"e": Long cycle 65ºC

move on to adjusting the boiler temperatu-
re.
Setting the boiler temperature:
1. With the "cleaning" light lit (Fig.-A f),
press "start cycle" to light up the "rin-
sing" light (Fig.-A g), indicating that the
boiler temperature is to be adjusted.
Now the lights that are blinking repre-
sent the temperature selected in the boi-
ler.
2. With the "rinsing" light lit (Fig.-A g), repe-
atedly press "cycle selection" (Fig.-A 2) to
move the blinking between the "cycle"
lights (Fig.-A c, d, f and a), from "short"
to "medium", from "medium" to "long",
from "long" to "machine ready" and
finally back to "short".
a": Ready machine. Element discon-
nection
"c": Short cycle 75ºC
"d": Medium cycle 80ºC
"e": Long cycle 85ºC
3. Select the desired temperature leaving
one of the cycle lights blinking .
4. Press "drain" (Fig.-A 4) and all the lights
on the keypad light up at the same time
indicating that the temperatures selec-
ted have been correctly saved, for the
tank and the boiler.
5. Turn off the machine to exit "setting the
temperatures".
NOTE: It is possible to adjust only the
temperature of the tank or only the tem-
perature of boiler.
Model Configuration
The connections of the electronic board
may only be accessed by qualified repair
staff, after cutting the electric current with
the machine's main switch and the circuit
breaker at the exterior power supply socket
of the machine.
To select the machine model, you have to set
the 4 microswitches ( Fig. C- 1) on the elec-
tronic board. For this purpose:
1. Power the machine down. It is only possi-
ble to select the model with the machine
off.
2. Set the microswitches (Fig C-1) according
to the following table.
3. Power the machine up.
Model table page 5
Verification of the model selected:
For the first two seconds after pressing the
main switch, the model no. selected appe-
ars in the 4 microswitches (Fig.-C 1) of the
electronic board. The position of the
microswitches is represented with the state
of the 4 upper lights of the keypad (Fig.-A
a, c, f, h). The light "machine ready" repre-
sents microswitch 1, the short cycle
microswitch 2, the "cleaning" light micros-
witch 3 and the drainage light microswitch
4. If the light is on, the corresponding
microswitch is "ON" and if it is off the
microswitch is "OFF". Example: Model No 6
(0110) see Figure B.
Control of cycle time (Thermal Lock) as a
function of the boiler temperature:
· The electronic controller features the pos-
sibility of increasing the cycle time until
the preset temperature is reached in the
boiler. So, in the event the temperature of
the boiler were lower than the preset
value, the cycle would be extended until
the preset temperature is reached. This
prevents rinsing with cold water.
Troubleshooting
Only qualified technicians may work on the
connections of the electronic board, after
cutting out power to the machine with the
main switch and the automatic safety cir-
cuit-breaker at the external feeding point
to the machine.
The keypad provides the following infor-
mation:
Configuration error front-loading/hood-
type machine:
The same panel is used for front-loading
machines (glasswasher or dishwasher) and
for hood type machines. If all the LEDs of
the keypad blink, it means the model selec-
ted with the panel microswitches is not the
right one and the machine has been bloc-
ked. A hood type machine has been confi-
gured and the machine is front-loading.
Disconnect the machine from the grid and
check the state of the microswitches.
Failure of the tank probe:
"Machine ready" light (Fig. A a) and "clea-
ning" light (Fig.-A f) blinking at the same
time. Type of failure: probe in open circuit
or short-circuited.
Failure of the tank probe:
"Machine ready" light (Fig. A a) and "rin-
sing" light (Fig.-A g) blinking at the same
time. Type of failure: probe in open circuit
or short-circuited.
Failure of thermal-lock mode: Only in the
models in which this operation mode has
been activated. During cleaning, if the
panel detects that the rinse temperature
