The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call
the service department if the issue is not solved after taking the rec-
ommended actions.
Problem

Possible solution
• Make sure the appliance is plugged to
a proper power supply.
• Low voltage.
• Make sure temperature control knob is
in a proper setting.
• Power failure, blown fuse or tripped
breaker.
• Odorous foods should tightly wrapped.
• Rotten food.
• The interior should be regularly
cleaned.
• It is normal that the compressor oper-
ates for long periods of time during
summer when the ambient tempera-
ture is higher.
• Do not place too much food into the
unit at once.
• Do not place warm food into the unit,
wait until the cool down to room tem-
perature.
• Frequent opening of the door.
• Thick layer of frost (defrosting the unit
is needed).
• Make sure the unit is properly con-
nected to the power supply.
• Check the light bulb, it may be burnt
out.
• There's a package holding the door
open.
• Too much food inside the appliance.
• The unit is not level.
• Make sure the unit is level.
