Scope of supply
1x front brake caliper support 320 mm
1x sliding plate
1x leaf spring (not required for assembly)
The brake caliper support can only be installed in combination
with the following articles:
- Brake disc Ø 320 mm
Assembly
Enduro model
- Remove screws .
- Remove cable tie .
- Disconnect plug-in connector
- Pull off brake caliper .
- Remove cotter pin , pull out pin
- Pull off brake caliper support from the brake caliper
Motocross model
- Remove screws .
- Pull off brake caliper .
- Remove cotter pin , pull out pin
- Pull off brake caliper support from the brake caliper
- Take off collar and mount on brake caliper support
- Remove pin , mount on brake caliper support
25 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Remove speed sensor cable and mount on brake caliper
support (Enduro model only).
- Mount sliding plate (included).
- Install brake disc Ø 320 mm (not included) according to fi tting
instructions.
- Mount brake caliper support
- Insert the brake linings, mount pin
- Position brake caliper .
- Mount screws and tighten to 25 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Join plug-in connector together (Enduro model only).
- Mount cable tie (Enduro model only).
- Operate the hand brake lever repeatedly until the brake linings are
in contact with the brake disc and there is a pressure point.
NOTE
In order to re-establish the function of the speedometer, the follow-
ing articles are required:
1x mounting bracket, speed sensor magnet
1x speed sensor magnet
2x special screw M6x23 10.9
2x stover fl ange nut M6 10.9
