ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS VCK1 WITH VCK300
Note: Power supply must be rated for 120V, 60Hz, 15
amps min.)
Remote Blower:
For remote blower (model VTR600) connections, refer to
instructions included with the blower.
Note: For remote blower installations, remote switch
(model# CTR3Q) MUST be installed. See blower installa-
tion manual for further instructions.
Integral Blower:
a)
Remove junction box cover.
b) Connect black wire to black power supply wire.
c)
Connect white wire to white power supply wire.
d) Connect green ground wire to power supply green
wire. (See wiring diagram included).
e) Reattach junction box cover.
4.
Install VCK300 power unit (purchased seperately).
a)
Fit lip on blower under retainer angle on hood.
b) Attach motor wires to outlet near light on left side.

Install mounting bolts as shown in Fig. 5 and tighten
wing nuts.
5.
Secure VCK1 into position using four 3/4" long screws
(provided), see Fig. 1 for mounting holes.
6.
Tape all duct connections to assure an air tight system.
7.
Place chrome reflectors into position and secure with two
chrome, flat head, counter sunk screws (provided).
8.
Place filter with holes over the 2 threaded studs so the
name plate is facing outward at the right end of the filter
front. Secure with decorative thumb screws, but do not
over tighten .
IMPORTANT: Spin blower wheels to assure they will spin.
WARNING: Use only spring type wire
nuts (included) to make electrical connec
tions. Replacement wire nuts must be
rated for a minimum of (2) #18ga wires
and a maximum of 4 #14ga wires, UL &
CSA rated to 600V and 302º F/ 150º C.
