5. Assembly
Place the sump / storage system on level ground and place the grid on the sump.
Denios accessories facilitate the loading, storage and dispensing from the sump / storage system.

7. Operation
Place the drums in the collecting sumps or on the storage system using suitable equipment!
Check drums are positioned safely and secure to prevent falling over or down!
Only store drums horizontally on drum stands!
Safe filling is possible over the collecting sump.
Access to the collecting sump / storage system by unauthorised persons is prohibited!
The collecting sump / storage system must under no circumstances be exposed to direct sunlight or
higher temperatures over a lengthy period, as otherwise due to the material a reduction in inherent sta-
bility and shape stability may occur!
Do not transport filled!
 When using the spill pallet without a grid ensure the containment capacity of the spill
pallet is observed: Max. storage capacity 1 x 205 litre drum or small containers.
Mobile version
 Before loading the total locking devices must be actuated.
 Only move the spill pallet over firm, clean and even ground!
 Move slowly and carefully when transporting stored media.


8. Maintenance and Servicing
The inspection and maintenance of the storage system/sump must be carried out in accordance with
the directions in the general operating instructions enclosed in the annex.
Gratings and collecting sump must be inspected at regular intervals for good condition.
Tip mobile storage system, check the rollers for ease of movement and if necessary grease with
commercial grease.
Check the functioning of the total locking device and if necessary adjust with an adjustment screw.
When replacing parts only the manufacturer's original parts may be used!
