Mechanical connection
Work instructions:
1. Alignment of the pump (bubble level)
2. Marking the drill holes at the installation site
3. Screw connection pump/ piping vertical
4. Screw connection pump/ piping horzontal
5. Screw connection pump/ intallation site
The screw connections of the flanges must be provided in accordance with
DIN EN 1092-1(PN16) or ASME 16.5 (150lbs). The inner diameter of the seal
must be 105mm/ 4,2in. The preferred sealing material is aramid fiber com-
posite. The tightening torque of the screw connection (material 8.8) pump/
piping is 210Nm.
The screw connection between the pump and the installation site must be
executed with ISO 4017 M12x30 or UNC 1/2" x1 1/4" hexagon bols. It is de-
pending on the installation site to provide suitable anchor material. The tigh-
tening torque of the screw connetion (material 8.8) pump/ installation site is
89Nm.
Electrical connection
Requirement for the pump connection is a main voltage 230/400V (single-
phase/ tree- phase). Check the information on the nameplate of the drive
whether this matches your situation.
The pump is suitable for operation with and without frequency converter. It
is important to ensure that the connection of the drives is different from the
network right on with frequency. All work must be carried out by qualified
personnel (eg electrician)
