ASSEMBLY
HANDLEBAR (Fig. 1, 2)
1. Assemble the upper handlebar (4) to the lower handlebar (3) with the handlebar securing knob (5), washer (10) and bolt (11).
2. Insert the two lower handlebar tubes into the holes on main body, and fix the with lock screw (12) and washer (13).

GRASS COLLECTION BOX (Fig. 3)
1. Align the rear of the grass collection box-upper (2a), with the rear of the grass collection box-lower (2b).
2. Ensure that the locking tabs are aligned, and push together firmly, use of a pair of pliers may make this easier.
3. Repeat this alignment of locking tabs on both the right hand and left hand sides of the collection box, firmly pushing the
locking tabs together.
ATTACHING THE GRASS COLLECTION BOX (Fig.4)
1. Ensure that the grass collection box has been assembled correctly.
2. Lift the rear deflector (8) on the mower deck.
3. Pass the collection box under the handlebar, align the attachment hooks and
place the collection box into position.
4. Lower the rear deflector, so that it now rests on the grass collector box.
OPERATION
ADJUSTING THE CUTTING HEIGHT
NOTE: Stop, release switch lever and wait until the motor stops before adjusting height. The blades continue to rotate for a few
seconds after the machine is switched off, a rotating blade can cause injury.
For the first cut of the season, a high cutting adjustment should be selected.
The cutting height can be selected among 20mm, 40mm, or 60mm by adjusting the front and rear wheels.
Front wheel adjustment (Fig.5)
Pull the front wheel axle on either side of the mower deck in turn and relocate it in the required position.
Rear wheel adjustment (Fig.6)
Pull the rear wheel axle along the slot and lift the wheel, then relocate it in the required position.
