TOOLS REQUIRED

8mm (5/16) socket wrench
INSTALLATION
• Place Ratchet Lock (3) into bottom of socket with release unit hole in correct position
• Shorten Release Unit (4) to required length and screw it firmly and completely into
hole on socket and Ratchet Lock (3)
OPTIONAL: L-692016 Release Key (5) makes installation and removal of Release Unit
(4) easier and is ideal when using prosthesis with exoskeletal design
• Screw Funnel (2) into threads above Ratchet Lock (3) and torque to 8Nm (6ft.lb)
using Cross Driver (6) (comes with Fabrication Tooling) and 8mm torque wrench
ATTACHMENT PIN
Apply Loctite 410 or 411 onto threads on Attachment Pin (1)and screw it into Locking
Liner. Torque Attachment Pin (1) to 4Nm (3ft.lb) with 7mm wrench.
If needed, L-192003 Attachment Pin ratchet short and L-192005 Attachment Pin ratchet
long are available
NOTE: Use Attachment Pins for ICELOCK 600/100 series only.
