4 GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR DEVICE
Once you have synchronised your remote control with your account and switched on your device, the first screen you see shows the tasks scheduled for
that day.
It is highly likely that you will see "day off" displayed on the screen, but if you had already scheduled Objectives, you would have seen some scheduled

tasks displayed. From this screen you can begin your session (see Select an objective or a programme)

4.1 SELECT SCHEDULE, OBJECTIVES, SETTINGS OR PROGRAMMES MENU

1. SCHEDULE
Here you will find your calendar with the sessions you have already completed and those you still need to do.
• A green rectangle below the day means that you have done what was planned
• An orange rectangle below the day means you have not done what was planned in the past
• A grey rectangle below the day means that you have planned an activity in the future
Select a day to view the details for it.
From there you can begin your session
(see Select an objective or a programme).
