Remove the damaged lip seals and carefully clean the housing from impurities in order to be able to
positionthenewlipseal(gaco)there.Duringthisoperationpayattentionnottodamagetheseatsinorder
not to impair gaskets' tightness.
Beforeinsertingthenewlippackingseals(gaco)intothehousingssetforthepurpose,itisadvisableto
lubricatethem(usespecificlubricantsforthehydraulicbranch,thatshouldnotbeharmfultothehealth
and the environment) in order to make their insertion easier and prevent them from being damaged
during the assembly operations.
The seals should be positioned very carefully as shown in the figure in order to prevent them from being
damaged.
Carry out the replacement and at least carry out the procedure on the contrary in order to re-assemble
the item.

et l'environnement) pour faciliter leur insertion et éviter qu'ils s'abîment pendant les opérations de
montage.
Lesjointsdoiventêtrepositionnésexactementselonlesindicationsdelafigureenveillantànepasles
abîmer.

Quiten las juntas de labio dañadas y limpien con cuidado los asientos de las impurezas para poder
posicionarlasnuevasjuntasdelabio(gaco).Duranteestaoperación,pongancuidadoconnodañarlos
asientosparanoperjudicarelcierredelasjuntas.
Antes de introducir las nuevas juntas de labio (gaco) en los correspondientes asientos es preciso
lubricarlas(utilicenlubricantesespecíficosparaelsectorhidráulico,quenoseannocivosparalasalud
yelmedioambiente)parafacilitarsuintroducciónyevitarquepuedandañarsedurantelasoperaciones
demontaje.
Lasjuntastienenqueserposicionadasexactamentecomoindicadoenlafiguraconmuchocuidadopara
quenosedañen.
Efectúenlasustitucióny,finalmente,vuelvanamontarlapiezasegúnelprocedimientoinverso.
