Installation
Fig. 3
The minimum distance between the
container support surfaces on the
cooking device and the lowest part
of the range hood must be less
than 55 cm in the case of electric
cookers and 70 cm in the case of
gas or mixed stoves.
If the installation instructions for the
gas
hob
indicate
distance, this must be taken into
account.
As described in the installation
drawings perform 6 holes (8 mm
diameter, 40 mm deep), in the
positions shown in the drilling
template, to fix the hood support
bracket and the exhaust flue. After
installation, check that the hood
and exhaust flue are perfectly
aligned.
The range hood is intended to be
installed over a hob having 6
heating elements.

Electrical connection
The voltage must correspond to the
rating indicated on the plate located
inside the hood. If an outlet is
present, connect the hood to the
wall outlet compliant with current
standards and located in an area
that is accessible after installation.
If no outlet is present (direct mains
connection) or if the outlet is not in
an area that is accessible after
installation, apply a standard circuit
breaker
to
disconnection from the main in
category III overvoltage situations
in according with the installation
instructions.
Warning! Before reconnecting the
hood circuit to the power supply
and checking the proper operation,
always make sure the power cord
is correctly mounted.
Warning! If the power cable is
damaged it must be replaced by
the
manufacturer,
service, or qualified individuals in
order to avoid a hazard.
