Ingredients (for 12 people) :
1.5 litres of red wine (pinot noir, bordeaux or burgundy)

1 lemon zest

1 orange zest

2 cloves

250 g brown sugar

1 piece of ginger (minced)

2 cinnamon sticks

1 orange

1 pinch of grated nutmeg

2 star anise

Pour the wine directly into the vat of the machine and add all the ingredients.
Then bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove pieces of fruit etc. from the vat and then serve the
glasses.
White mulled wine
Ingredients (for 6 people) :
1 bottle of Alsatian white wine (Riesling, white pinot or pinot gris)

15cl of water

80g white sugar

1 cinnamon stick

1 star anise

1 clove

1 pinch of nutmeg

1/3 of an orange, peeled and sliced

1/3 of a lemon, peeled and sliced

Pour the bottle of white wine and the water into the tank. Then add the orange
and lemon slices and spices. Do not boil the wine, but let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add the sugar and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Remove the pieces of fruit and spices from the vat and then serve the wine in
glasses.
Christmas mulled wine
Ingredients (for 6 people):
75 cl red wine (pinot noir, bordeaux or burgundy)
