Installation of dust cover:
When it is necessary to drill upward, such as the ceiling, the dust cover can block the falling dust,
and the installation position is shown in the picture.
When using a large drill bit, extend the central hole of the dust cover and install on the drill bit.
Lubrication of tools:
In order to ensure the normal use of tools, please pay attention to the replacement and addition of lubricating oil. If the screw loose
causes oil leakage, please pay attention to timely maintenance. Continuous use of oil leakage will cause tool failure and reduce service
life.
Inspection and maintenance:
1 ） When a tool is granted or withdrawn, the storeman must conduct a daily check; before use, users must conduct routine checks.
2 ） The daily inspection of tools should include the following items:
a）Whether there are product certification marks and regular inspection of qualified marks.
b）Whether the shell or handle is cracked or broken.
c）Protection of grounding wire（PE）connection is not broken.
d）Whether the power line is intact.
e）Whether the power plug is intact.
f ）Make sure the power switch is normal and flexible, whether there are defects or breakages.
g）Whether the mechanical protective device is in good condition.
h）Whether the rotation part of the tool is flexible, light and free.
i ）Whether the electrical protection device is good.
3 ） The application of tools must have full-time personnel for regular inspection:
