Operating Instructions
Pump ranges
These operating instructions relate to the
following AIR-CENTER: LZG 1350 (07)
Description
The vacuum and pressure ports are located
on the front of the box. A roof fan (V) on the
box provides intensive air cooling of the
built-in components. The fans are located
behind a protecting grill. The cooling air
flows through the box from bottom to top.
A safety thermostat, which switches off the
components when the inside temperature
reaches 45°C, is in the box.
All components are equipped with dual fre-
quency motors 50/60 Hz.
Suitability
The AIR-CENTER LZG is suitable
for the use for the industrial field
i.e. the protection equipment corre-
sponds to EN DIN 294 table 4, for people
aged 14 and above.
The AIR-CENTER simultaneously produces
pressure and vacuum between 0 and the
maximum limits, which are shown on the
corresponding data sheets. They can be
operated continuously.
The ambient and suction tempera-
tures must be between 5 and 35° C.
For temperatures outside this range
please contact your supplier.
The AIR-CENTER is suitable for use with
air of a relative humidity of 30 to 90 %.
Dangerous mixtures (i.e. inflam-
mable or explosive gases or va-
pours), extremely humid air, water va-
pour, aggressive gases or traces of oil
and grease must not be handled.
For applications where an unplanned
shut down of the AIR-CENTER could
possibly cause harm to persons or in-
stallations, the corresponding safety
backup system must be installed.
