    CAT5 VIDEO/RS-232 EXTENDER KIT 3. Installation 3.1 Connecting the Video/RS-232 Extender Kit Figure 3-1 illustrates the local and remote Video Data Transmitter (VDT) connections. Connect a power supply to each unit. Once connected, the system is ready to transmit VGA and RS-232 signals.
