PULIZIA DELLE PARTI IN NYLON: NON utilizzare detergenti o sostanze
contenenti cloro, cloroformio, cloruro di metilene, acidi anche a bassa
concentrazione, bromo, cresolo, fenolo, formaldeide, formalina e permanganato
di potassio. La PBA declina qualsiasi responsabilità per danni causati dall'utilizzo
delle suddette sostanze. Il nylon utilizzato per gli articoli della serie 400-NY
presenta un'ottima stabilità ad idrocarburi, oli e grassi. Ha inoltre una
soddisfacente stabilità ad idrocarburi alogenati come Tetracloruro di carbonio,
frigen e freon. In base a quanto sopra consigliamo disinfettanti a base di aldeidi,
alcoli, nonché componenti ammoniacali e fosforati.
PULIZIA DELLE PARTI IN ACCIAIO INOX: possono essere igienizzate con
acqua e sapone o detersivo neutro. Si proceda quindi prima ad asportare
delicatamente la polvere depositata sulla superficie, poi a lavare le parti in
acciaio inox, ed infine a risciacquare ed eventualmente asciugare il manufatto. Il
movimento di lavaggio dovrà essere parallelo alla direzione di satinatura, allo
scopo di evitare la rigatura della superficie. E' assolutamente da evitare l'uso di
composti che possono liberare ioni cloro, come ad esempio l'acido cloridrico e le
sue soluzioni. Occorre evitare inoltre l'uso di paglietta o di lana di acciaio, che
contamina la superficie del materiale. Ricordiamo infine che se la superficie del
manufatto presentasse incrostazioni aderenti, esse dovranno essere rimosse
con una spatola di legno e non di acciaio comune, per evitare di rigarla e di
contaminarla.
CLEANING OF NYLON PARTS: please DO NOT use soaps or detergents
containing chlorine, cloroform, chloride water, acids, bromine, cresol, carbolic
acid, formaldehyde, formalin or potassium permanganate regardless of
percentage content. PBA declines all responsibility for damage caused by use of
above mentioned aggressive detergents. The nylon parts feature excellent
stability to hydrocarbons, oil fats. They also have good stability to halogenated
hydrocarbons such as carbon tetrachloride, frigen and freon. According to the
above, we recommend disinfectants ba alcohols and also ammoniac and
phosphor compounds.
CLEANING STAINLESS STEEL PARTS: these can be sanitized with soap and
water or neutral detergents. First, delicately remove any dust on the surfaces,
then wash the stainless steel parts, and finally rinse and if necessary dry the
part. Wash the part in the direction of the satin finish to avoid scratching the
surfaces. Never use products that release chlorine ions; for example,
hydrochloric acid or similar solutions. Furthermore, avoid using abrasive sponges
or steel wool, as these will contaminate the surfaces of the material. Finally,
stubborn deposits on the surfaces of the part must be removed using a wood
spatula (not a steel one), to avoid scratching and contamination.
NETTOYAGE DES PIECES EN NYLON: Pour le nettoyage du nylon ne pasutiliser
les produits suivants: detergents ou substances contenant du chloroforme,
chlorure de méthylène, chlore, acides - même a faible concentration de brome,
crésol, phénol, formaldéhyde, formaline et permanganate de potassium. La Sté
PBA décline toute responsabilité pour tout dommage dû à l'utilisation des
substances ci-dessous. Le nylon utilisé pour les articles de la série 400-NY a une
stabilité optimale aux hydrocarbures, aux huiles et aux graisses. De plus, il a une
stabilité satisfaisante aux hydrocarbures halogénés tels que le tétrachlorure de
carbone, le frigen et le fréon. Selon les indications ci-dessus, on conseille d'utiliser
des détergents à base d'aldéhydes et d'alcools, ainsi que des substances à base
d'ammoniac et de phosphore.
NETTOYAGE DES PIECES EN ACIER INOXYDABLE : Ces pièces peuvent être
nettoyées en utilisant de l'eau savonneuse ou un détergent neutre. Avant toute
chose, éliminer doucement la poussière posée sur la surface, puis nettoyer les
pièces en acier inoxydable, enfin rincer et, si nécessaire, sécher le produit
manufacturé. Le mouvement de lavage doit être parallèle à la direction de
satinage, afin d'éviter de rayer la surface. Il est absolument déconseillé d'utiliser
des substances pouvant dégager des ions de chlore, telles que l'acide
chlorhydrique et ses solutions. De plus, éviter d'utiliser la paille de fer ou la laine
d'acier pour ne pas contaminer la surface du matériau. Enfin, si la surface du
produit manufacturé est extrêmement incrustée, la nettoyer en utilisant une spatule
en bois et pas en acier traditionnel, ce qui évite toute rayure et contamination.
REINGUNG DER TEILEN AUS NYLON: Zum Reinigen folgende Produkte NICHT
verwenden: Reinigungsmittel oder Substanzen welche folgende Zusätze enthalten:
Chlor, Chloroform, Chlorod -Methyl, Säuren auch in geringer Konzentration, Brom,
Kresol, Phenol, Formaldehyd, Formalin sowie Kalium Permanganat. PBA lehnt
jegliche Verantwortung ab bei Schäden welche durch den Einsatz von genannten
Substanzen verursacht wurde. Der für Serie 400-NY verwendete Nylon weist eine
optimale Beständigkeit gegen Kohlenwasserstoffe, Öle und Pette auf. Sie verfügen
ausserdem über eine zufriedenstellende Beständigkeit gegen halogenhaltige
Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Tetrachlorkohjenstoff, Frigen und Freon. Gemäss den oben
genannten Angaben empfehlen wir deshalb Desinfektions auf Aldehydbasis, Alkohl
sowie Ammoniak – und phosphorhaltige Verbindungen.
REINIGUNG DER ELEMENTE IN EDELSTAHL: können mit Wasser und Seife oder
neutralen Waschmitteln erfolgen. Man beginnt zuerst vorsichtig damit den Staub zu
entfernen welcher sich auf den Oberflächen gebildet hat. Danach reinigen des
Edelstahls, abspülen und gegebenenfalls trocknen. Das reinigen soll parallel in
Richtung der Satinierung erfolgen um ein Entstehen von Rillen auf der Oberfläche
zu verhindern. Chlorhaltige und säurehaltige Mittel sind absolut zu vermeiden.
Ebenso sind Stahlschwämme sowie Stahlwollen zu vermeiden da diese die
Oberflächen des Stahls angreifen. Sollte die Oberfläche Verkrustungen aufweisen
sind diese vorsichtig mit einem Holzspachtel zu entfernen und nicht mit einem
Stahlspachtel um eine Beschädigung der Oberfläche zu verhindern.
