It must be installed in conformity with current standards by a qualified
installer. The nameplate is at the rear of the product.
Installation

Operation
For the RG 5 and RG 7 versions, you have an energy doser for adjusting the
temperatures of the cylinders. Versions RG 9 and RG 11 have two energy dosers.
The RH knob controls the front area and the LH knob the rear area.
A red indicator lamp denotes the operation of each area.
When the control knob is turned to position C, it indicates that heating power is
maximum.
During initial heating, it is advisable to clean the heating cylinders with water
and a little dishwashing liquid. The use of detergent is possible as long as it is not
excessively aggressive. Then wipe with a cloth dipped in oil.
Be sure to use only sausages designed for this type of use so that they maintain
their attractive look during heating. However, because sausages are never uniform,
the parts in contact with the rollers tend to brown faster than the remainder of the
sausage.
During heating, do not reduce the power so as to avoid the sausages shrinking
and taking on a wrinkled look.
Never use metal utensils which could damage the coating of the cylinders.
Never operate the oven without the sauce tray under the rollers.
Cleaning
To clean the cylinders for the best, it is advisable to perform this operation when the
cylinders are still hot. To do this, turn the energy doser to position C and clean the
cylinders with a damp cloth. Wipe the cylinders from the ends toward the center so as
not to push grease into the Teflon rings. Then turn off the oven, remove the sauce
tray from the front. It is advisable to clean the product after each use in order to
guarantee its life duration and keep it looking good.
Never use an abrasive sponge or rock wool to clean the equipment.
Never clean your equipment with a jet of water because infiltration could cause
damage to it.
