16. Do not leave unit unattended during use.
17. Always operate the appliance on a stable, level, clean, and heat-
resistant surface. Do not use on a cloth-covered surface or other
flammable materials.
18. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it
comes into direct contact with food.
19. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad
and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.
20. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn any control to OFF position, then remove plug from
wall outlet.
21. Only use the appliance for food that is supposed to be cooked.
22. Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance
as they may cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.
23. Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper,
cardboard, plastic and the like.
24. Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers
constructed of other material other than metal or glass.
25. The appliance must not be immersed in water.
26. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing
hot oil, other hot liquids or hot food. It is not recommended to move
your appliance when it has not completely cooled down.
27. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use oven mitts to grab the unit by its handles
when hot.

POLARIZED PLUG INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit into the
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not properly fit into the
outlet at first, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a competent qualified
electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
