SET-UP
1. Begin in TEST mode by turning the TIME knob
to the TEST position, now the bulbs will activate in
daylight hours
2. Aim the sensor to the desired detection (target)
area. Have another person stand approximately in
the center of the target area moving arms up and
down or by walking left to right. The RED LED will
FLASH when a moving object is detected.
3. Slowly rotate the RANGE knob until the light
comes on. You may adjust the RANGE knob either
way to the desired sensitivity level (detection area).
4. Aim the unit higher for larger coverage or aim
downward for smaller spaces. This will most likely
take a couple of tries to determine your desired
trigger area. Look for the blinking RED LED to know
an object is being detected.
5. Once in the desired position tighten down the screw or ring on the motion sensor.
6. Now turn the TIME knob to adjust how long you want the lights to stay on after the
unit is activated. The maximum (full clockwise turn) is about 10 minutes. The minimum
(full counter-clockwise turn) is about 30 seconds.
