The bath seat offers no protection against drowning. Children have drowned in baths.
•
Make sure the bath water isn't too hot. The water should be warm enough if it's between 35 and 37 degrees (99 °F). The water,
including your child, shouldn't exceed a total of 15 cm. The water can maximally go up to your child's waist once he or she is able
to sit. It's important for your child's shoulders to also be immersed in the water during the initial weeks, in order to make sure these
can't cool off too much. Don't bathe your child for too long and make sure you dry him or her thoroughly. Make sure your child
stays warm at all times and avoid any major temperature fluctuations.

Never fill the bath up using the tap whilst your child is in the baby bath.
•
Make sure your child can't reach the tap whilst bathing.
•
Always check to see whether your child can get trapped anywhere.
•
Don't allow your child to sit in the bath seat for more than 10 minutes.
•
Do not use when your child can sit independently.
•
Make sure all the different parts are efficiently secured before use.
•
The bath seat can be used for children up to a maximum weight of 8 kg.
•
Never store the bath seat in such a way that the suction pad can become deformed.
•
The bath seat should not be used if any parts are broken and/or torn or missing.
•
Do not allow other children near the bath seat unsupervised.
Cleaning. Clean the bath seat with lukewarm water and mild soap and subsequently dry it with a cloth. Never use chemical cleaning
agents.

La hamaca de baño. Gracias a la forma especial de la hamaca, el bebé está relajado en la bañera, de manera que lo puede lavar
fácilmente. La forma redondeada de la hamaca facilita su limpieza.

BEWARE! Never leave your child unattended! When you are bathing your child:
•
Permaneced en el baño.
•
No contestad el teléfono.
•
No abrid la puerta cuando alguien toca el timbre.
•
Cuando tened que dejar el baño, siempre llevad vuestro hijo con usted.
•
Los bebés pueden ahogarse muy rápidamente y en muy poca agua (± 2 cm)
•
La bañera para bebés no ofrece ninguna protección contra el ahogamiento. Y hay bebés que se han ahogado en la bañera.
•
Coloque la bañera del bebé siempre sobre una superficie estable. Recomendamos utilizar para ello el soporte para bañeras de
LUMA. Preocúpese de que el agua no esté demasiado caliente. Cuando la bañera esté estable, llénela con agua. Si el agua está
entre los 35 y los 37 grados (99 °F) , está suficientemente caliente. El agua, con su bebé adentro, no debe tener una altura superior
a los 15 cm (4). Cuando su bebé pueda sentarse, el agua no debe llegar más arriba que la cintura del bebé. Durante las primeras
semanas es importante que los hombros de su bebé también estén bajo el gua, para que no se enfríen. No bañe a su bebé durante
mucho tiempo y séquelo bien. Preocúpese de que su bebé mantenga su calor y evite grandes diferencias de temperatura.
•
Nunca llene la bañera con el grifo, cuando su bebé está dentro de la bañera.
•
Preocúpese de que su bebé no pueda alcanzar el grifo durante el baño.
•
Controle siempre que su bebé no pueda quedar atrapado en ninguna parte y la hamaca.
•
No tenga a su bebé nunca más de 10 minutos en la hamaca de baño (5).
•
No utilice el aquasit, si su bebé puede sentarse por sí solo.
•
Preocúpese que todos los accesorios para el uso estén bien montados (1,2,3).
•
La hamaca de baño se puede usar para bebés hasta 8 kilos, como máximo.
•
Nunca guarde la hamaca de baño de modo que las ventosas se puedan deformar.
•
No utilice la hamaca de baño si algún componente está estropeados y/o trizado.
•
Combine solo los productos y accesorios genuinos de LUMA. No es seguro combinar productos LUMA con productos de otra

•
No permita que otros niños estén cerca de la hamaca de baño, sin vigilancia.
Limpieza. Limpie la bañera del bebé con agua tibia y un jabón suave. Después séquela frotando con un paño. No utilice nunca
