1. Operating instructions
Keep these operating instructions
safely and pass them on to any new
user, should the equipment change hands.
Let your contractor check their content
in conjunction with any maintenance or
repair work.

1.1 Equipment description

The SolvisMini is designed to heat cold water
up to 85 °C. The DHW is heated via a bare
tube heat exchanger which is connected to
the solar circuit.
The electric heating element will be switched
ON to heat the upper third of the cylinder
to the required temperature, if the solar
irradiation is insufficient to achieve the
selected minimum temperature.
This ensures the provision of DHW at all
times.
The SolvisMini is suitable for sealed (pressure-
tested) operation to supply several draw-off
points.
1.2 Vital facts in brief
1
The unit is operated via the temperature
selector. The temperature can be selected
anywhere between 30 and 85 °C.

1.3 Important information
Temperatures in excess of 60 °C
can be reached, when selecting
the temperature at the draw-off valve.
Therefore keep small children away from
the draw-off valves.
Risk of scalding!
Ask a contractor to regularly check the wall
mounted DHW cylinder and the safety
assembly.
Sealed systems are subject to
mains water pressure. Water will
drip from the safety valve during heating
up.
The equipment is designed so that, if no hot
water is drawn for a prolonged period (e.g.
during a summer holiday), no special steps are
required.

Turn the temperature selector
further clockwise or wait until the
booster has heated the DHW.
Ask your contractor to descale
the cylinder, if required.
Clean perlators, fully open taps.
Correct the temperature setting
and check the fuse.
Reduce the pressure or clean the
valve seat.
