To ensure safe operation, read the following statements and
understand their meaning. Please read carefully.
WARNING
Warning is used to indicate the presence of a hazard that can cause
severe personal injury, death, or substantial property damage if the
warning is ignored.
To reduce risk of injury or damage to the equipment:
Use this equipment stand in a flat, level position.
Items must not protrude or hang off the edge of this equipment stand
This equipment stand is designed to be used only with Vollrath branded
gas appliances.

This equipment is intended to be used for supporting Vollrath gas appliances
with corresponding widths.
Before using this equipment it must be cleaned and dried thoroughly.

When no longer needed, dispose of all packaging and materials in an
environmentally responsible manner.
1. Remove all packing material and tape, as well as any protective plastic
from the equipment.
2. Clean any glue residue left over from the plastic or tape.
3. Insert the leg (A) into the support collar (B) until it makes contact with
the top (F). It may be necessary to loosen the Allen screw (C) in order to
slide leg completely into support collar (B). Repeat for all the legs. See
Figure 1.
4. Tighten the screws (C) into the support collars (B).
5. Slide the shelf (G) onto the legs (A). It may be necessary to loosen the
Allen screws (H) in order to slide the shelf (G) onto the legs (A).
6. Position the shelf clamp (D) so that the top surface of the shelf (G) is 8"
(20.3 cm) from the floor.
WARNING
The shelf is to be positioned between 8" (20.3 cm) from the floor for
the best structural integrity. Make sure that all screws are in place and
tight. Do not use the stand if any screws are missing.
7. Tighten all the screws (H) into all shelf clamps (D).
8. Level the equipment stand by adjusting the feet (E).
WARNING
Level or adjust the stand when there is no equipment or items on the
top (F) or shelf (G).

To maintain the appearance and increase the service life, clean your
equipment daily. Unplug the equipment.
1. Using a damp cloth, sponge dipped in soapy water to clean the outside
of the equipment stand.

There are no user serviceable parts within this appliance. To avoid serious
injury or damage, never attempt to repair the equipment or replace a
damaged power cord yourself. Do not send equipment directly to the Vollrath
