IMPORTANT!
• After sealing the bags avoid touching the sealing bar (6) with your fingers
because it reaches very hot temperatures.
• If the sealing process lasts too long and melted plastic residue is noted on
the sealing bar (6), switch the appliance off, let the sealing bar (6) cool down
completely and remove the plastic residue with tools that are not sharp.
DO NOT let liquids or dust enter the pump. The Company does not guarantee
the appliance if this warning is not complied with.
• All operations must be carried out in optimum hygienic conditions: hands
should be thoroughly washed and work areas must be free from any impurity.
• The food to be vacuum packed must not have been previously defrosted or
in an alteration phase.
DO NOT leave the pump on continuously for more than 1.5 minutes.
• Let the pump rest for at least 2 minutes after each cycle of operation. Do
not perform more than 20 continuous cycles and once completed, let the
appliance rest for at least 15 minutes.
• The bags should be stored in a cool, clean and dry place.
DO NOT place food with sharp edges in the bags.
• Insert the plug (10) in the socket.
• Press the ON/OFF button (4).
• Set the sealing adjustment knob (7) halfway.
• Lift the cover.
• Place the bag with the open side inside the tray (5) [Fig. B].
• Close the cover (2).
• Press the sides of the cover with the palm of your hands [Fig. C].
• The vacuum packing machine is activated and the vacuum gauge (3) moves to the
right.
• Release the cover when the sealing indicator (8) lights up.
• Lift the lever of the cover (1) [Fig. D] when the vacuum packing machine goes off.
• Lift the cover.
• Remove the bag and check that the seal is even and has no defects.
• Disconnect the plug of the appliance from the socket.
