Filling
- Food can be put directly in the thermal container to maintain the temperature (hot
or cold). The thermal container is suitable to directly put solid food in it, both warm
(with temperatures not exceeding 95°C) and cold. Do not insert liquid food that
gets hot (temperatures below 50°C) in the container of 180ml nor in the thermal
container. To optimise thermal performance, before use pre-heat or pre-cool the
thermal container with drinking water. Never use microwave or conventional ov-
ens and never place in the freezer for this purpose. When the food is added to the
thermal container, close it with the inner cover and quickly position the outer cov-
er and secure it with closing latches. The time that the temperature is maintained
depends on the quantity and initial temperature of the content, the frequency the
container is opened and the outside temperature.
- Do not exceed the maximum capacity (F).
- When placing food directly in the thermal container, it is recommended to leave

Storage in refrigerator and/or freezer
- To store fresh food longer in compliance with the producer's storage instructions,
you can put the thermal container in the refrigerator and the 180-ml container
in the refrigerator or freezer.
