ELECTRIC PIPE FREEZER
This electric pipe freezer is capable of freezing all kind of liquids inside steel, copper, cast iron,
aluminium, plastic...pipes. With its compact structure, simple operation and high eficiency it´s
ideal for professional repair and maintenance operations. They avoid the user discharging some
liquid from all the circuit to insert a connection, to weld, to repair...
It´s also easy to transport thanks to the wheels of its pipe feezer-trolley. Their long coolant pipes
allow the user to work in high areas without necessity of raising the machine and the high
contact between the forms and the pipe allows to get an incredible fast freezing.
In short, these machines have been widely applied in installing and building industries.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

1) The Freezematic is only for use in locally freezing water pipes in compliance with CE
Safety Regulations for the prevention of accidents
2) Keep work clean-disorder causes accidents
3) Do not use in presence of combustable gases or liquids
4) Wear appropiate work gloves and eye protection
5) After using the Freezematic, store it out of reach of children in a safe and dry place
6) Roll the Freezematic into position as much as possible using the special handle
7) Do not use the Freezematic outside when it is raining. Do not use in areas with a high
humidity or wet surrroundings, with extremely high temperatures and where there are
aggressive and/or explosive vapours
8) Do not allow children or pets in the work area
9) Read all the safety labels and instructions
10) The labels must never be removed
11) Make sure thar the Freezematic is placed on stable level groud to prevent it from moving
or falling over
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
6) The Freezematic is only for use on pipes carrying water
7) Only skilled personnel should use the Freezematic. Trainees or apprentices should be
supervised by a professional
8) Do not start the freezing unit until the freezer forms have been attached to the pipe and
the plug has been connected to a socket with an earth connection. Then push the switch
to the ON position and the switch will be iluminated
9) When disconnecting the freezing unit it is important to follow the correct sequence to
avoid the freezing unit starting uncontrolled the next time it is used. Switch the freezing
unit off and then remove the plug from the socket and store cable in freezing unit. Wait
until freezer forms and pipes have defrosted before storing in casing
10) The freezing unit should only be used with socket that has an earth connection

PREPARATION FOR USE

Before connecting freezer forms to the pipe, ensure that pipes are clean and free from
paint, rust, etc. The freezer forms have to have total contact to the pipe surface. Bent or
deformed pipe surfaces cannnot ve frozen successfully. Running water cannot be
frozen. Water must be stationary with all pumps switched offf. Allow water to cool to
room temperature berfore attempting to freeze.
